Systems to Save Your Sanity

November 20, 20253 min read

Anyone who knows me knows that organization 👏🏼 is 👏🏼 my 👏🏼 jam.

Right now, I’m gliding (okay, more like power walking) through a season of life that’s equal parts fulfilling and exhausting: I’m a part-time stay-at-home mom, running a successful myofunctional therapy practice, building MyoBloom, working at a dental practice, tending to our little homestead, and trying to be present as a wife, mother, and daughter.

Would I recommend juggling this much? No. I sometimes long for the days when I could—and someday will again—sit on the porch with my cup of peppermint tea and admire our beautiful gardens (shout out to my ever-so-talented, landscaping husband) without my brain running through tomorrow’s to-do list.

But here’s the thing: this season has a purpose. And the reason I can survive it?

Systems.

The Truth About Myo Practice Chaos

When I started organizing my myofunctional therapy practice back in 2021, I was clueless. And there were two of us working on it together! We had different educational backgrounds and tons of resources to pull from, but we had no idea how to combine everything, make it our own, or even implement it—especially since at the time we had zero experience.

Fast forward to now, and I’ve curated every single piece of content and process I use—patient forms, therapy guides, provider letters, networking templates, emails—all tailored to make my practice run smoothly and systematically.

Because let’s be honest: the work we do as therapists is challenging enough. The backend shouldn’t drain us.

Do You Need Systems Too?

No, this is not a post about grinding away, signing up for course after course and attending every convention while simultaneously being present for your family and friends. That's unrealistic and will lead straight to burnout. Hard pass.

This is about setting up your practice so it works for you. So you can spend your energy where it actually matters, whether that be learning and growing as a clinician, providing quality care for your patients, spending time with your family...and maybe even taking a deep breath once in a while.

Cue: MyoBloom

That’s exactly why I created MyoBloom—a space designed to help myofunctional therapists bring clarity, professionalism and structure to their work.

From MyoBloom: The Course, which guides you step-by-step through building systems that actually work, to our Canva workshops, content packages, and done-for-you services like website design, branding, and logo creation, everything at MyoBloom is built to help you grow in your practice and your business.

Whether you’re trying to streamline your patient flow, elevate your brand, or finally get your content organized, MyoBloom is here to make it simple, cohesive, and uniquely you.

Here’s a peek at what’s inside our growing library of resources and tools:

  • Patient intake and assessment forms

  • Informed consent contracts

  • Therapy guides and home practice materials

  • Provider and referral letter templates

  • Networking tools like brochures and business card designs

  • Email templates and more

Ready to Simplify?

If, unlike me, organization, content creation, and graphic design are not your jam, or you run a practice with content pieced together that just doesn’t seem to work cohesively—email me to see how MyoBloom can fix that for you.

Because at the end of the day, it’s about getting through the weeds so we can stop and smell the flowers.
